Headsets posted to us will be evaluated free of charge and an estimate to repair or convert will be provided by email or phone.

However if the estimate is refused we will only charge the cost of return post and packing.

There is an inspection / Estimate charge of £35.00 Plus VAT for most other general electrical items.

No cost higher than the above amounts will be charged without your permission to proceed with the repair.

We can now accept payments from PayPal as well as most credit and debit cards to help you spread the cost.
