In some circumstances we may have to apply a charge for the use of Credit cards. These are the charges passed on from the Banking system, we are not happy about this but these charges are beyond our control and never greater than 4%. Please check at the time and we will explain if a charge is to be applied. There are no charges for the use of Debit cards.

However we are here to try and repair it.
All too often the selling agent tries to wash their hands of service issues. They make the profit on the sale but when it comes to repair they are most unhelpfull. We are then expected to pickup the pieces and resolve the problem, which of course we will do our best to arrange.
Items bought from the internet still have 1 years guarantee, however there will be no help from the selling company despite the fact that they have had the profit from the sale.
If you have a fault on a set bought from the internet, contact us for advice on the correct action to take. It may be that it is not a manufacturing fault and we may be able to advise you on how to resolve the issue yourself.
Since April 2020 Bose have had a change of policy. All service and spares have now been moved to their facility in Belgium. Sadly they will no longer supply spares to the service trade, Also service of the Bose Aviation X model has now been discontinued and is no longer supported by them.
We do have a small amount of Bose spares in stock but as these get depleated we may not be able to cover this manufacturer. Please call for the latest information on this manufacturer.
