New for 2014 we can now offer customisation of headsets. They can be prepared and sprayed any colour of choice. We can also have them marked with Pilots Name or Aircraft Registration or even the flying club name. This is done before the lacquer coating making it impossible to remove without obvious damage, this increases the security of the headset as there is less likelihood of them being stolen. Cost varies with the model and the quantity.

As well as modifying headsets for personal applications we can also fit individually measured impedance matched speaker inserts with positive phasing guaranteeing exact audio balance of a mono air traffic radio signal, maximising on audio comfort.

We can also trim the audio response of some microphones limiting the lower frequencies and therefore reducing the amount of engine noise picked up. Noise cancelling is also an option that is available for most headsets.
