Since April 2020 Bose have had a change of policy. All service and spares have now been moved to their facility in Belgium. Sadly they will no longer supply spares to the service trade, Also service of the Bose Aviation X model has now been discontinued and is no longer supported by them.
We do have a small amount of Bose spares in stock but as these get depleated we may not be able to cover this manufacturer. Please contact us for the latest information on this situation. Be assured we will always do our best to help.
Lightspeed are another manufacturer that do not supply parts or service information to the trade. They normally insist that headsets are returned to them where an estimate for repair or a replacement which will be offered at a subsidised cost.
We can sometimes cover repair of these headsets using reclaimed parts. This of course is not always the case but please contact us first for information on your particular issue. Recient price increases from Lightspeed have now made many repairs or upgrades uneconomic. Please contact us for advice on this.Be assured we will always do our best to help. We can in some cases arrange for an upgrade from Zulu 2 to Zulu 3. This would include the latest kevlar cables and new hand controller. Ask for details.
